Mohammad Hassan has been the Executive Director of Data & Statistics Sector at Federal Competitiveness and Statistic Authority since 2015. His duties include coordination between government institutions and the private sector in order to achieve national statistical strategy, supervise the provision of data and information supporting decision makers and currently a member of the United Nation Global Data Working Group.

Akram Assaf, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Bayt.com Akram is responsible for driving new online initiatives, formulating technology strategy, and directing overall product delivery at Bayt.com. He serves as a board member for multiple online businesses, and provides mentorship and advisory for some of the leading SME businesses in the Middle East.
Akram has extensive experience in employing technological innovation in a wide range of industries and business solutions.
Akram comes to Bayt.com from Oracle consulting. Akram started his career in Accenture (Andersen Consulting) where he consulted Middle Eastern governments and leading corporations on technology implementation in the fields of Finance and HR Systems. Akram is a graduate of Jordan University with a BSc in Computer Science.
Mike Vessey is the Head of Data Governance for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, one of the world’s largest Sovereign Wealth Funds. He is responsible for defining and implementing data strategy including the Business Glossary, Data Quality and architecture. Prior to ADIA he led large-scale business change programmes at Accenture, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Canada. Michael recently relocated to the Middle East where he spends his spare time hiking and trying to learn piano.
Guillaume is an analytics and marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, data analytics and Adtech. He has worked in major international companies, covering the whole spectrum of advertising and marketing; from strategic analysis and ROI measurement at SC Johnson through measurement at Nielsen, as well as media and Adtech at Yahoo.
Beyond large multinationals, Guillaume also ledproduct and strategy in Teralytics, a Telecom Big Data Monetization Zurich & New York based start-up.
Guillaume is now responsible for driving the digital & analytics transformation in Majid Al Futtaim, the largest retail, shopping, and entertainment conglomerate in the MENA region where he is building the largest analytics team in the region.

He is responsible to design data platform and formulate technology strategy to drive Personalization, Omni-channel customer experience, Customer 360 view,Real-time Business intelligence, Customer insights and Digital marketing. In his current role, Brian leads the Information Security team of Commercial Bank International (CBI), which is a UAE based bank. At the top of his agenda is working with CBI’s senior leadership team to prioritize and align security initiatives with the bank’s evolving strategy and risk appetite. This is especially important considering the fast pace of changes within cyber security, (new threat actors, changing methods and motives of attack) and how banks do business today.

Kenan is leading the digital analytics team at Al Tayer and specifically focuses on Ounass. His main area of expertise is digital analytics and measurement frameworks.
